Exhibitor Registration

Why Partner with UA? Exhibitors will have the opportunity to share resources, products and dynamic ideas with potential customers throughout the Tuscaloosa area. The Expo is an excellent venue for strengthening your existing customer relationships and offers an ideal scenario for obtaining new leads.

Registration Fees:

  • $300 – For-Profit Exhibitor
  • $200 – Non-Profit Exhibitor
  • $100 – UA Department or Group

The registration fee covers one complete registration, which includes an 8’ exhibit table (no tablecloth provided), folding chairs, refreshment breaks, and boxed lunches for up to 4 representatives. If you are interested in registering as a 2017 Work-Life & Wellness Expo Exhibitor, contact Erica Shumate.

Sponsorship Opportunities

The University of Alabama now offers sponsorship opportunities with exclusive sponsor benefits, including but not limited to title sponsor rights,  highly-visible company logo placements, print advertisements in the Work-Life & Wellness Expo event program, and preferred table location in Coleman Coliseum.

  • Platinum Sponsor – $1,500
  • Crimson Sponsor – $800
  • Houndstooth Sponsor – $500
