Exhibitor registration will close when the 100 display table limit is reached, or at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 – whichever comes first. No late registrations will be accepted.
The Inaugural Work-Life & Wellness Expo will be held in Coleman Coliseum located at 323 Paul W Bryant Drive, Tuscaloosa, AL from 7:30 am – 1:00 pm.
First option, you can walk to Coleman Coliseum. Second option, you can take a CrimsonRide from any bus stop on campus. Visit http://crimsonride.ua.edu for current route information or view real-time buses with UA TransLoc. Finally, you may drive to Coleman Coliseum but only a small number of faculty/staff spots are available – the remaining spots are commuter parking only. All exhibitors will be provided a temporary parking pass for Wednesday, October 4th.
You should bring your UA Action Card or other photo ID, such as an Alabama driver’s license, for admittance to the Expo. You will be asked to swipe your Action Card at the entrance table. If you plan to participate in a free health screening, then also bring your BlueCross and BlueShield insurance card.
Active, benefit-eligible employees may bring their spouse. Spouses are encouraged to take advantage of the free health screenings, however, spouses are not eligible to participate in WellBAMA. In order to receive a shingles vaccine, spouses must be covered under the UA employee health plan with BC&BS of Alabama. Children under 19 years of age are prohibited from entering the Expo.
You may pre-register for your WellBAMA exams on MyBama. Please select Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Coleman Coliseum as your WellBAMA health screening event.
To qualify for the door prize drawing you must complete at least one free health screening. The qualifying health screenings include: eye exam, hearing test, blood pressure check, shingles vaccine or flu shot. The WellBAMA screening is a separate test that is not required to qualify for a door prize.
